Role Overview
Provide technical support for waterproofing projects from pre-sales and specification through installation, inspection, testing, and handover.
Conduct site inspections, recommend suitable systems, prepare technical submissions, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Ensure waterproofing works follow approved specifications and manufacturer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical submittals, method statements, reports, and other project documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements to support customer and sales activities.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders regarding requirements and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, requirements, and requests with timely responses and proper follow-up.
- Provide product recommendations and suitable waterproofing solutions based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on project progress, approvals, material requirements, and customer-related matters.
- Provide application guidance and technical assistance to customers when required.
- Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, project coordination, and technical information.
- Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors and ensure a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and basic documentation and reporting.
- Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials, or a related industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of waterproofing systems, construction practices, and technical specifications.
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Strong customer service, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer and project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
