About the Role
For Life Furniture Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled Draftsman/Draftsperson for joinery and interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings based on approved designs and project specifications
- Produce technical drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall paneling, reception counters, and other architectural joinery elements
- Develop detailed sectional drawings, construction details, material specifications, and assembly details
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Site Engineers, and Production Teams to understand project requirements
- Review architectural and interior design drawings and identify any discrepancies or technical issues
- Incorporate client comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements into revised drawings
- Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and production documentation as required
- Coordinate with factory personnel to ensure drawings align with manufacturing capabilities and processes
- Conduct site measurements and verification when required
- Prepare as built drawings following project completion
- Maintain organized records of drawing revisions, approvals, and project documentation
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and applicable industry requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of drafting experience in joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit out projects
- Experience preparing detailed shop drawings for custom joinery and architectural millwork
- Familiarity with manufacturing and installation processes within a joinery factory environment
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of joinery construction details, materials, finishes, and hardware
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem solving and technical coordination skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Good organizational and document management skills
