Work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to issue and transmit requested documents.
Train and assist team members in the use of document management software
Retrieve documents from archive upon request
Respond to requests for documents and distribute them as needed
Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines. Understand shop methods used in the fabrication of pipe spool.
Familiarity with client project scope and specifications.
Minimum of 2 years in Document Control or in Engineering office.
Academic education to diploma level in Engineering.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of records management procedures and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Good in typing skills.
