Role Overview
Technical Document Controller role supporting construction project documentation and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage project drawings, technical documents, submittals, RFIs, and transmittals.
- Control revisions and ensure the latest approved documents are available to project teams.
- Maintain filing, tracking, and distribution of project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare document logs and provide reports as required.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of construction document control experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented working style.
Compensation
- Pay range is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
