Technical Director – Major Projects, Building Services

A relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire/Hydraulics Engineering with, ideally, more than 20 years of experience in the building services industry in Australia.

Chartered Engineer and relevant registrations

Extensive experience in building engineering, with a strong background in the design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.

Proven experience in a senior technical, project or business leadership role.

Strong commercial understanding, including project budgets, programmes, contracts and financial performance.

A strong track record of client engagement, commercial management and negotiations, business development and winning work.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing project teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior project stakeholders.

An established network within the Australian building engineering and property market will be highly regarded.
