The role is within the Americas business and covers the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Purpose
The Technical Director leads and oversees all functional safety activities within the Autonomous Operations business.
The role reports to the Director of Autonomous Operations, Americas and is accountable for strategy, work pursuits, resources, technical teams, project delivery, and growth.
The position carries vertical P&L accountability and is responsible for building regional multidisciplinary delivery teams and a continuous improvement culture.
Key Accountabilities
- Adopt and deploy the business vision and strategy with Regional leadership and the Digital Center of Excellence.
- Build Functional Safety as a marketplace Center of Excellence through best practices, industry recognition, and customer partnerships.
- Manage teams focused on profitable growth, talent development, and capability growth.
