Consulting Delivery and Project Management
- Lead multiple client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal engineering, AI, and consulting teams.
- Manage client expectations, project risks, delivery challenges, and project updates.
