Die Position
The Technical Data Delivery Manager will own the delivery of data solutions across the Pharma Commercial ecosystem — including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Managed Markets, Patient Services, and Commercial Analytics.
This role acts as the critical link between commercial business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely data across the full commercial data lifecycle — from data acquisition and integration through to reporting and insights.
Data Delivery& Program Management
- Own delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and platforms supporting Commercial functions: Sales (call activity, targeting, alignments), Marketing (campaign/digital engagement), Market Access (payer/formulary data), and Patient Services (hub/specialty pharmacy data).
- Manage data ingestion from third-party sources: IQVIA, Symphony Health/Komodo, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, claims data (medical/pharmacy), specialty pharmacy, and distributor data.
- Lead sprint planning, release cycles, UAT, and production go-lives in partnership with data engineering, IT, and business teams.
- Manage timelines for recurring commercial data cycles (e.g., monthly/weekly sales data refreshes, incentive compensation cycles, alignment updates)
- Manage key projects and programs
