Role Overview
RBC is seeking an experienced AI and Data Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of transformative AI initiatives at scale.
The role owns sophisticated AI initiatives, manages cross-functional dependencies, and establishes governance standards for scalable and consistent delivery.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring technical acumen, ambiguity management, and experience delivering complex projects in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data platform initiatives while managing priorities, timelines, interdependencies, risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Facilitate coordination across engineering, product, business, and third-party vendor stakeholders and communicate progress and trade-offs.
- Apply advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and judgment across ambiguous technical delivery efforts.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovative approaches that can improve delivery effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
