The position requires technical acumen, ambiguity management, and experience delivering complex projects in large organizations.
Delivery leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data platform initiatives while managing priorities, timelines, interdependencies, risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate engineering, product, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, and communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership.
- Apply advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and sound judgment across ambiguous technical delivery efforts.
Innovation and development
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members, foster skill development, and share best practices within the team.
