RBC is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead transformative AI initiatives at scale.
The role owns delivery of complex AI initiatives, manages cross-functional dependencies, and establishes governance standards for scalable execution.
The position requires technical acumen, strategic leadership, ambiguity management, and experience delivering complex projects in large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data platform initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage priorities, timelines, interdependencies, risks, blockers, critical-path items, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate engineering, product, business, and third-party stakeholders and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity, apply strategic problem-solving, identify emerging technology opportunities, and mentor junior team members.
Ideal Candidate
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Five or more years of product management or delivery experience focused on AI/ML-powered products from ideation through production and iteration.
