Job Overview
Parsons is seeking a senior Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate and drive the delivery of multidisciplinary technical activities.
The role involves planning and executing technical project activities, managing interfaces, and ensuring technical work is developed according to approved methodologies.
The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and day-to-day delivery of technical project activities.
- Translate project requirements into clearly defined technical tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical delivery plans.
- Coordinate field investigations, data requirements, and technical analyses.
- Manage interfaces between discipline leads and subject-matter experts.
- Monitor progress against agreed technical schedules.
- Conduct regular technical coordination meetings.
- Support preparation and review of technical reports and specifications.
- Ensure technical work is developed according to approved methodologies.
- Coordinate internal technical review and quality-assurance activities.
- Manage review comments and technical action items.
- Work closely with the Document Manager and Technical Editor.
