Role Overview
Provide proactive, accurate, and organised technical and administrative support across the Track Systems department.
Coordinate telemetry support for private tests, hardware orders and shipments, operational records, and activities related to Formula 1 events worldwide.
Serve as a point of contact for teams, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate telemetry support requirements for private tests, including planning, preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage hardware sales to teams, including quotations, orders, deliveries, and accurate records.
- Maintain inventory, shipment, tracking, technical, and administrative documentation.
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, hardware deployment, risk escalation, customer enquiries, and departmental projects.
- Update event data in the LifeCheck asset-tracking system and coordinate priority return-material-authorisation shipments.
Essential Experience
- Experience managing accurate administrative activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders, deadlines, or competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and financial or operational records.
