TECHNICAL COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

To work closely within the Region to understand their Technical needs and to act as a key link back into the Central Technical Team to ensure workloads are prioritised and met
To help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team
To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site.
To make decisions on an Area and Regional level on all Technical matters

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Have experience as a Technical Coordinator with a housebuilder, consultancy or in a related field
To have an all-round knowledge of technical issues including a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards
To be qualified to HND/HNC or degree level and /or have corporate membership of a recognised professional institute
To be able to input and help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals in conjunction with the Technical team
