About the Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Write engaging and technically accurate blogs, website content, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and articles.
• Create SEO-optimized content focused on software development, AI, web development, mobile applications, cloud, SaaS, DevOps, and other technology domains.
• Research technical topics and convert complex information into reader-friendly content.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Develop product documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
• Create compelling content for email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Update existing content to improve SEO performance and user engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer.
• Previous experience in an IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, AI, or Technology company is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
• Experience writing technical blogs, web content, case studies, and documentation.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a simple and engaging way.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and content optimization tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
