Technical Content Developer (AI)

Experience and curiosity with GenAI and its use cases to automate time-consuming tasks

Experience working in software development environments

Ability to convert complex technical information into clean, concise, and coherent end-user documentation

Experience using scripting languages (Python, php, etc..) to automate tasks

Experience with HTML and Javascript for web-based publishing

Experience using AI to enhance and enrich technical writing

Experience with building tools to automate writing, researching, authoring, and publishing tasks

BA or BS degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, or a related field

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $61,000 - $82,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
