Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, working closely with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
• Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems.
• Guide and support customers in the use of Medius REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Support internal and customer integration testing
• Configure Medius SaaS applications and support best-practice configuration around integration and data handling.
• Implement integration EDI connections to e-invoicing solutions using standard APIs
• Provide documented setup and configuration for handover to the support team.
• Collaborate with technical peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.
• Prepare technical specifications and mapping documents with customers IT & finance teams

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs.
• Previous experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of financial or other accounting based systems.
• Structured working approach
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.
• Preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX / F&O, NAV / Business Central), or Infor M3.
• Experience working in Professional Services or consulting environments.
• Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
