Role Overview

Wipro is seeking a Technical Consultant L1 to provide technical expertise for client transformation, enhancement, problem-solving, and delivery support projects.

The role works across SAP implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support engagements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work independently as an expert in the assigned SAP technical workstream.
  • Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical or integration solutions.
  • Understand client business needs and processes and translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in technical workshops, provide end-user training and support, and communicate with SAP and third-party partners.
  • Write technical specifications and test plans for the development team.
  • Manage projects and timelines, provide delivery support and escalation management, and support multiple engagements as required.
  • Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in large existing accounts.

Mandatory Qualification

  • SAP BTP Integration Suite experience is mandatory.
  • The role requires five to eight years of experience.

Performance Expectations

Maintain and expand job knowledge, including cross-skilling and upskilling in the relevant SAP technical module.

Meet customer satisfaction expectations as defined by client service-level agreements.

Initiate and manage change, adapt methods when needed, and remain flexible when moving between projects.

Demonstrate functional leadership through effective delegation and coordination.

Respond courteously and effectively to external customers, internal staff, and teammates.
