Role Overview
Provide technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support technical capabilities for client transformation and enhancement projects.
Work as an SAP technical workstream expert across implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and integration solutions based on client needs.
- Work with clients to understand business needs and processes.
- Participate in technical workshops and define integration requirements.
- Provide end-user training, project support, and escalation management.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Manage projects, timelines, delivery support, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Project delivery skills are mandatory.
- Experience working in SAP technical workstreams.
- Ability to design technical and integration solutions.
- Ability to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to write technical specifications and test plans.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain and expand technical knowledge through cross-skilling and upskilling in the relevant SAP technical module.
- Meet customer satisfaction expectations defined by client service-level agreements.
- Adapt to changes and move effectively between projects.
- Demonstrate functional leadership through effective delegation and coordination.
