Role Overview
Provide technical expertise for client transformation, enhancement, problem-solving, and technical capability delivery.
Work as an SAP technical workstream expert across implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and integration solutions at high-level and detailed levels.
- Understand client business needs and processes and translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical workshops, provide end-user training and support, and prepare technical specifications and test plans.
- Manage projects and timelines, support delivery engagements, and handle escalations.
- Drive innovation and transformation in large accounts and coordinate with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Expertise in SAP technical workstreams and technical integration solution delivery.
- Ability to engage clients and understand business and integration requirements.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain current knowledge in the relevant SAP technical module and build cross-skills.
- Meet customer satisfaction expectations defined by client service-level agreements.
- Adapt to change and move effectively between projects.
- Coordinate work assignments and demonstrate responsiveness to customers and teammates.
