About the Role
Fineksus is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Implementation & Support Team in Dubai. You will administer and manage SWIFT and PayGate applications, perform implementations, upgrades, and patch installations, monitor system availability, and provide remote or on-site support to customers.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the day to day administration and management activities of SWIFT and PayGate applications
- Participate in implementation, upgrade, and patch installation activities for SWIFT and PayGate applications
- Monitor SWIFT and PayGate applications to ensure high availability
- Identify problems and participate in problem management/resolution by collecting and analyzing necessary logs
- Collaborate with the development team for the testing of PayGate applications
- Provide remote or on site support services to customers during business hours and after business hours (on call rotation)
- Perform regular health checks on customer systems
- Assist with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) solutions
- Preparation of technical documentation and best practice guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in supporting multi tiered applications or IT systems
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Good working knowledge of SQL Database Administration (querying, maintenance)
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Cyber security knowledge is an asset
- UNIX / Linux operating systems knowledge is an asset

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a motivated 'Technical Consultant' to join our Implementation & Support Team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Implementation & Support Department Manager.
- As part of the role, the Technical Consultant will participate in an on call rotation and occasionally perform on site visits to customer locations for implementation, troubleshooting, or support activities.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the day to day administration and management activities of SWIFT and PayGate applications.
