Company Description

Role Description

  • This is not just another software engineering role. We're looking for a true founding partner who wants to shape the future of VentureAssist AI and play a key role in building a global SaaS platform.
  • As Technical Co Founder, you'll own the company's technology strategy, lead product development, define the architecture, and help transform our vision into a scalable platform.
  • You'll work directly with the founder on product strategy, technology decisions, investor discussions, hiring future engineering talent, and building a world class engineering culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical vision and architecture of VentureAssist AI.
  • Design and develop the MVP and future platform.
  • Select the most suitable technology stack.
  • Build scalable backend and frontend systems.
  • Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and future AI technologies.
  • Design APIs and third party integrations.
  • Build secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Establish development workflows, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Recruit and mentor future engineering team members.
  • Participate in strategic planning, fundraising, and investor meetings.
  • Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback.

Compensation

  • This is an early stage founding opportunity.
  • Compensation will primarily be equity based during the initial stage, with the goal of transitioning to salary as funding or revenue milestones are achieved.
