Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technical development and learning programs across multiple small sites, ensuring consistency in capability building.
- Partner with manufacturing leaders, subject matter experts and operational teams to identify learning needs and implement training solutions that support business goals.
- Design and implement standardised training processes, tools and adult learning methodologies aligned to manufacturing, logistics, regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Monitor training budgets, expenditure and resource allocation to maximise investment and meet budget expectations.
- Coordinate reporting, skills matrices, role mapping, training needs analysis and training records to support capability planning, compliance and KPI visibility.
About You
Professional experience in learning and development, change management and the design of supply chain learning programs.
Demonstrated application of training needs analysis techniques to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and build effective working relationships across leadership, operational and technical teams.
Ability to navigate change with credibility and influence, helping teams adopt new learning approaches and training practices.
You work in a structured and disciplined way, balancing administration, process management and learning governance requirements with accuracy.
