- Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting
- Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems
- Licensed Philippine Board Passer: Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor (advantage)

Position Overview
- The Technical CAD Engineer will support the design team by producing accurate technical drawings and schematics for smoke ventilation systems.
- The role also offers potential career growth into a Technical Engineer position.

- Create wiring schematics for smoke ventilation systems
- Produce product construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare layout drawings using Bluebeam
- Review technical drawings and project documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with technical engineering tasks as required

- Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting
- Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems (fire alarm systems preferred)
- Licensed Philippine Board Passer: Electrical Engineer (preferred) or Mechanical Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Advantage: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor
