The company serves small practices and large retailers in 13 countries and has a large remote workforce across the United States and Canada.
Position Overview
Sycle is seeking a technical business analyst to partner with Product Management on an enterprise account.
The role supports migration from a customized legacy system to Sycle’s modern SaaS platform.
The position is open to candidates in British Columbia.
Systems and Workflow Analysis
- Map clinical, ordering, purchasing, and operational workflows across current legacy environments and future SaaS platform states.
- Investigate system behavior, complex technical problems, data structures, and workflow dependencies.
Data and Agile Delivery
- Conduct deep data analysis, write database queries, establish KPIs, and analyze system behavior with minimal guidance.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and other Scrum ceremonies.
