Technical Business Analyst

Experience Level: Level 2 (intermediate): 2-5 years

Cost Transparency & Analysis

• Analyze and decompose fully-loaded Technology Infrastructure product costs at the program and funding request level
• Develop clear cost attribution views and improve transparency across infrastructure components
• Identify key cost drivers, trends, and variances to support decision-making

Scenario Modelling & What If Analysis

• Partner with Technology Business Managers to develop what-if scenario models to evaluate potential cost impacts
• Support Technology teams in assessing financial implications across: Product, Application, Business segment, Region, Legal entity
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
• Surface material changes, risks, and opportunities
• Support planning, forecasting, and Technology investment decisions

Stakeholder Support & Ad Hoc Analysis

• Support ad hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams on budgeting, forecasting, and funding discussions
• Contribute to enhancing cost transparency frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools

Required

• Snowflake / SnowSQL (data querying, transformation, and validation)
• Power BI (dashboard development, data visualization, storytelling)
• Advanced Excel (financial modelling, large dataset handling)
• PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations and communication)

Nice To Have (Strongly Preferred)

• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, such as: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Grok, or similar generative AI platforms
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, modelling efficiency, and insight generation
