Role Overview
BBGC is looking for Technical Business Analysts to join its Montreal team.
The role focuses on technical business analysis across integration, ERP, logistics, reporting, and operational support contexts.
Strongly Preferred Experience
- Experience with OpenText Trading Grid, OpenText Business Network, another VAN, or a comparable B2B integration platform.
- Experience with SAP Order-to-Cash, shipment, logistics, customer master, or warehouse integrations.
- Experience with EDI 856 / ASN and Certificate of Analysis processes.
- Understanding of FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, API, and middleware integration concepts.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, brokers, carriers, or manufacturing customers.
- Experience with Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management.
- French communication capability.
- Experience coordinating business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to Anaplan functional support, administration, or model management.
- Experience with Power BI or operational reporting.
- Exposure to modern ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Experience with problem management and root-cause analysis.
- Experience building a support model or transitioning a project into business-as-usual operations.
- Experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, commodity trading, or industrial supply.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical business analysis for business-to-business integration and operational transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Support integration processes involving ERP, shipment, logistics, customer master, warehouse, and EDI workflows.
- Contribute to requirements or backlog management using Azure DevOps.
- Support problem management and root-cause analysis for integration or operational issues.
