Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into technical software requirements.
• Ensure requirements are delivered on time and within scope.
• Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Create functional specifications, system requirements, workflows, and UML documentation for development teams.
• Assess technical feasibility and identify risks or limitations early.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Help ensure software meets functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and quality standards.
• Assist with UAT and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Suggest improvements to business processes and system features based on stakeholder and end-user feedback.
• Monitor product performance after deployment and identify improvement areas.

Tools and Technical Areas

• Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation drafting, and workflow automation.
• Critically review AI-generated outputs for accuracy before use.
• Write integration requirements for telcos, payment gateways, and banking partners.
• Coordinate dependencies across external vendors.
