About the Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an experienced Technical Authority Expert for IP network operations and managed services delivery.
The role supports alarm analysis, operations and maintenance, troubleshooting and change implementation across IP network nodes.
The position contributes across the Create, Sustain and Evolve lifecycle through the Ericsson Operations Engine.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ITSM queues, resolve incidents and support MTTR targets.
- Analyse P0-P4 incidents, identify root causes and recommend actions.
- Act as first contact for alarm, event and KPI-related issues.
- Collaborate with field teams on hardware failures, unreachable nodes and site activities.
- Support service restoration, high availability and SLA commitments.
- Complete health checks, backups, troubleshooting and proactive risk identification.
- Support OEM engagement, problem management, analytics and customer governance.
- Develop automation to improve managed services delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support complex change analysis and execution and develop customer experience strategies.
