Technical Authority Expert

Ericsson is seeking candidates for its exciting MS Optimization and Performance Management role. In this key position, you will take charge of optimization activities and infrastructure management, aimed at enhancing the overall performance of our networks and services. You will be tackling tasks from a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective, ensuring the optimal utilization and interplay of all resources across multiple network domains, be it Access, Core, Data, or Transmission. Your focus will be on meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications and delivering the most cost-effective topology or configurations.

- Conduct network capacity and performance analysis by collecting and analyzing data.

- Produce and present network data analysis reports.

- Update the network configuration database.

- Coordinate collection of data on performance and capacity.

- Monitor service requests and resource utilization.

- Collect data from field services upon request.

- Implement solutions for capacity and performance improvements.

- Focus on end-user quality of service and optimization.

- Identify and address performance deviations.

- Implement corrective measures to enhance traffic performance with a focus on end-user experience.

- Utilize active tests to simulate user behavior and passive monitoring of traffic to gauge network-wide user experience.

- Define and agree on network KPIs, understand their impact up to counter level, and correlate KPIs to customer experience.
