The client is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for contract work.
The role designs and implements technical solutions for complex business challenges while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
The architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with strategic objectives and drive platform innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to implement and optimize solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software architecture, focused on scalable systems.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with infrastructure as code.
- Strong background designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Experience with data engineering, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Compensation
- Contract payout is $60 to $130 per hour.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and advertised as work from anywhere.
