Support enterprise client engagements as the Oracle technical and techno-functional subject matter expert.
Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 with indirect tax and e-invoicing solutions.
The role is a senior individual contributor position with direct client interaction.
Contract and salary
- The engagement is a one-year contract.
- The stated salary is AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 per month.
Location and work setting
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work at the end client's location is required as needed.
- Visa and medical insurance are provided for the selected employee; family visa and medical insurance are not included.
Architecture and integration
- Lead technical discovery and solution discussions with client IT and ERP teams.
- Assess Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 across AP, AR, GL, Procurement, P2P, and O2C.
- Design Oracle-to-tax and e-invoicing platform integrations.
- Advise on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, SFTP, and HTTPS approaches.
Technical delivery
- Work with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, web services, BIP, FBDI, HDL, and EBS interfaces.
- Apply Fusion Tax/EBTax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax knowledge to external tax solutions.
- Work with XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI integration data formats.
- Support specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
Client collaboration
- Act as the bridge between client business and IT teams and the delivery team.
- Operate as the Oracle technical and techno-functional SME for client engagements.
Required experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Oracle experience with strong expertise in both Fusion Cloud and EBS R12.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, P2P, and O2C.
- Proven experience with third-party Oracle integrations.
- Strong skills in SQL/PLSQL, OIC, APIs, web services, and middleware.
Required capabilities
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Tax/EBTax and indirect taxation.
- Strong customer-facing communication and solution-design capability.
- Ability to independently operate at architect level across complex enterprise engagements.
Strong advantages
- Experience with tax determination or e-invoicing platforms such as Vertex, Avalara, Sovos, or similar.
- Exposure to UAE/GCC VAT, e-invoicing, or international tax compliance.
- Experience with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.
- Oracle certification in Financials, Integration, or related technologies.
