Design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions.
Lead and mentor development teams.
Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and enterprise applications.
Ensure successful project delivery with high quality and governance standards.
8-10 years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on technical expertise in Power Platform and Azure.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
