Role Overview
Join a consulting team as an embedded Technical Architect supporting a government-sector client in Abu Dhabi.
Work at the intersection of Agentic AI, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
Help move AI strategy and use cases into practical implementation.
The role requires hands-on Agentic AI and Generative AI implementation experience and is not a traditional enterprise architecture position.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape high-value Agentic AI use cases with business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into practical AI and technical solutions.
- Design single-agent and multi-agent architectures, agentic workflows, orchestration, tools, APIs, RAG, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, enterprise platforms, APIs, and data.
- Define architecture and integration specifications for implementation partners.
- Work with and challenge systems integrators and technology vendors.
- Define governance, security, data-access, and data-sovereignty requirements.
- Develop UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and support UAT execution.
- Evaluate performance, reliability, scalability, and business fit.
- Own technical sign-off before production and support internal AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related technical field.
- Degree must be attestable or equivalent for UAE work permit and MOHRE skill-level classification purposes.
- At least 8 years of experience in technology, solution architecture, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI or Generative AI solutions.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, SLMs, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, RAG, orchestration, APIs, vector databases, memory, governance, evaluation, inference, latency, and scalability.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure.
- Experience with business stakeholders, technical teams, systems integrators, and technology vendors.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
- Government, public-sector, regulated, UAE, GCC, sovereign-cloud, or government-cloud experience is desirable.
- Core42 or comparable cloud and AI platform experience is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or equivalent Agentic AI frameworks is desirable.
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, and data protection is desirable.
- TOGAF, Azure Architecture, or equivalent architecture certification is desirable.
