Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Schedule-to-Fulfill, Forecast-to-Plan, and Idea-to-Product manufacturing processes.
• Resolve SAP PP/QM incidents, problems, and service requests and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare specifications and maintain solution, process, test, and regulatory documentation.
• Implement PP/QM changes, enhancements, corrective actions, and continuous improvements.
• Configure PP/QM functions including routings, recipes, bills of material, MRP, production orders, inspections, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
• Support PP/QM integration with MM, WM, SD, FI/CO, PS, and EHS.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality capabilities and Clean-Core-aligned designs.
• Collaborate with ABAP and Fiori teams and support functional and automated regression testing.
• Contribute to SAP rollouts, upgrades, migrations, AMS initiatives, and application lifecycle management.

Skill Requirements

• More than five years of Manufacturing and Quality Management experience in SAP PP/QM is required.
• More than one year of experience in a validated GxP SAP environment with documentation, CSV/CSA, and regulatory compliance focus is required.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP/QM simplifications and Fiori is required.
• Basic understanding of ABAP/4, ABAP OO, SAP Fiori concepts, enhancements, and debugging is required.
• Experience with agile and classical project delivery models is required.
• Project management, business consulting, demand management, service provider management, and Scrum or Kanban experience are desirable or advantageous.

• ServiceNow for ticket tracking.
