Role Overview
The Technical Architect owns the technical solution, detailed design, delivery governance, and day-to-day technical delivery for client projects.
The role includes technical ownership from bid inception through implementation, client delivery, after-sales support, and best-practice advice.
Must-Have Skills
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Azure SQL, or comparable relational databases.
- Experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Snowflake.
- Experience with at least two ETL tools, including Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Python, PySpark, UNIX shell scripting, project and resource management.
- Experience with SVN or Git, JIRA, and workflow automation tools.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with UNIX shell scripting, Snowflake, Redshift, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with additional ETL and cloud tools such as AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Kinesis, Dataflow, Dataproc, DBT, Talend, Informatica, or IICS.
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Client-facing skills and familiarity with AI/ML integration into data architectures.
