Role overview
Genpact is seeking a Technical Architect to build and deploy integration and AI-enabled technology solutions.
The role focuses on hands-on Microsoft BizTalk Server and Azure Data Factory development, support, monitoring, and modernization.
Core integration responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy BizTalk maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and schemas.
- Design and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, data flows, activities, triggers, and integration runtimes.
- Configure BizTalk ports, adapters, and EDI pipelines for secure transactional data exchange.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with databases, Azure storage, and cloud data warehouses.
- Set up connectivity and payload transformations for data sources, batch files, and transactional messages.
Testing, monitoring, and support
- Conduct volume, load, and performance testing for ETL jobs and real-time BizTalk workflows.
- Apply Azure Key Vault secrets, Managed Identities, and corporate integration security standards.
- Monitor BizTalk environments and Azure Data Factory dashboards.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for integration exceptions, timeouts, mapping errors, and database failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement retry, alerting, caching, or other structural fixes.
