- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to design and engineering teams
- Develop and enforce design standards, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements
- Allocate resources effectively to support design and technical projects
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution
- Drive innovation in design methodologies and technologies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with design and technical projects
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the design and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus
- Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Technical and Engineering Manager is responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Company's operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow
Job Responsibilities 1
- Lead the design team in creating innovative, high quality engineering solutions.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to design and engineering teams.
- Develop and enforce design standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
