Join CIBC’s Client Operations Technology team as a Technical Analyst supporting strategic technology solutions.
Lead complex projects and contribute to end-to-end implementation as a business and technology subject matter expert.
Collaborate across business, technology, quality assurance, and vendor teams to deliver flexible solutions and a strong client experience.
Responsibilities
- Design strategic solutions aligned with CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Resolve production issues reported by business and technology partners.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications that account for non-functional requirements.
- Research current system states and assess technology options.
- Document work throughout the software development life cycle according to enterprise delivery standards.
- Scope and estimate project efforts, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships and support business case development.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a business systems consulting role leading projects and designing solutions.
