As a desktop support specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them navigate complex technical issues and providing top-notch support.

What will you do?
• Provide technical assistance and support to capital markets clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Offer guidance and training to clients on new technologies and systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
