The Technical Analyst is responsible for delivering technical solutions that enable global Life Sciences organizations to successfully adopt and utilize IDBS software. As part of the Professional Services organization, this role supports the implementation, integration, testing, and operational readiness of IDBS products, including IDBS E-WorkBook and IDBS Polar, while partnering with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and drive successful customer outcomes.

This position reports to the Regional Services Operations Manager and is part of the Global Professional Services team based in Bengaluru, India . This is an on-site role. You will work with enterprise integrations, APIs, data exchange, testing, and solution delivery to support complex laboratory informatics implementations for global Life Sciences customers.
