Role overview
Air Canada is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support its product distribution applications.
The role supports the evolution of the NDC solution, corporate customer recognition functionality, and existing applications.
The position reports to the IT Manager responsible for the NDC portal and B2B Agent portal.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain the NDC portal and B2B Agent portal according to architecture and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot partner software, messaging, and connectivity issues with cross-functional IT teams.
- Support partner onboarding to the Air Canada Distribution Journey.
- Host product and project meetings and improve cross-discipline communications.
- Maintain technical documents, flowcharts, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal users on software enhancements and performance improvements.
- Review stakeholder data, communicate analysis results, and make recommendations.
- Support business analysis, technology-business integration, planning, and monitoring.
- Conduct requirements and systems analysis and translate business requirements.
- Support Hybrid, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Provide decision support concerning economic impacts, compliance issues, and process improvement methods.
