THE ROLE: Our clients are looking for an Technical Analyst to join their team.

Sitting within the Cyber Defence Operations (CDO) team, the Insider Risk Technical Analyst plays a vital role in monitoring, reviewing, and maturing the company’s data loss prevention and insider risk control portfolio.

Working at a technical level, you will collaborate with business stakeholders across the enterprise to contain active data loss events, fine-tune security policies, and identify opportunities for automation to optimize incident response workflows.

• Experience working in a SOC or Incident Response environment, with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview solutions, including policy implementation and fine-tuning.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise security platforms, such as SIEM, SOAR, Proxies, and DLP tools (e.g., Proofpoint, Zscaler).
• Core understanding of standard IT infrastructure principles and common methods of business data exfiltration.
• Proven ability to explain security threat risks, implement mitigations, and produce capacity/efficiency reporting.
• Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
