Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for corporate IT hardware and technology assets
- Receive, inspect, label, barcode, and document new IT equipment
- Track equipment assignments, users, locations, status, warranties, and asset lifecycle
- Prepare laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals for deployment
- Process equipment returns, repairs, replacements, redeployments, and retirements
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate asset information within IT asset management and CMDB systems
- Package and ship computers, peripherals, networking equipment, and other IT assets
- Generate shipping labels, documentation, and tracking information
- Investigate delayed, damaged, or missing equipment shipments
- Assist with large-scale equipment deployments and office moves
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform basic wired and wireless network connectivity troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot common Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP configuration issues
- Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and common corporate applications
