This is a full-time Technical Analyst role for a junior, tech-savvy geoscientist with up to three years of experience.

Provide technical support and training for ROGII products, including StarSteer.

Deliver technical demonstrations and training for clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role includes onsite client support, multi-day training, and some travel.

Provide technical sales and workflow presentations to clients online and in person.
Provide onsite support and multi-day training with clients, with some travel required.
Provide customer technical support by phone and email, including possible evening and weekend calls.
Support the sales team with technical demonstrations.
Track client bugs and new feature requests.
