• Experience independently leading an HR Tech product innovation project in a global organization.
• Experience designing or deploying AI technologies to large operations teams.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, chatbots, vendor evaluations, or technology pilots.
• Experience in a specific process area and in a shared service organization.
• Experience with process design, process mapping, and business requirements gathering.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and initiative-taking skills.

• Exposure to market research or benchmarking.
• Exposure to innovation programs or digital transformation.
• Exposure to business case creation, ROI analysis, and risk or impact assessment.
