Role overview
Technical Analyst role supporting AI initiatives, cloud services, APIs, and platform integrations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, large language models, prompt engineering, and AI platform concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred tools
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support AI platform integrations, APIs, and cloud services.
- Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
