- Analyze technical requirements, system issues, workflows, and business needs.
- Investigate application, infrastructure, integration, and operational problems.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and recommendations.
- Evaluate system performance and functionality, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support technology projects, system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Review data, system logs, reports, and documentation to identify trends or root causes.
- Prepare technical analyses, reports, process documentation, and management updates.
- Monitor recurring issues and recommend corrective or preventive solutions.
- Contribute to technology improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
