Exciting opportunity available to join the Training Academy team based in Royal Park, SA as a Technical Trainer / Advisor to provide technical training and technical phone support on the Daikin Product range.
Reporting to the National Technical Manager, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop suitable course material and presentations to achieve the required learning outcomes.
Manage all logistics and administration required around program delivery.
Present course material and conduct learning assessments as required
Provide technical information and support Daikin’s product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving.
Entering all calls into the database with an outline of the problem / issue and the recommended course of action to the client.
