H3M Environmental is seeking a Senior Environmental Technical Advisor to provide advanced technical leadership on complex assessment, remediation, and reclamation projects across Western Canada.
This role is designed for an experienced environmental professional with strong regulatory judgement, hands-on consulting experience, and the confidence to make and defend technical decisions.
The successful candidate will guide projects to regulatory closure, support strategic client outcomes, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal teams.
As a Technical Advisor, you will work closely with Project Managers, regulators, and clients, providing technical leadership from early planning through to final closure.
This role includes mentorship and quality oversight responsibilities but does not include formal people management or direct reports.
